I got to work with this awesome family not once but twice in a two week period back in October. The first location that I chose for their fall pictures was an epic fail! I was so sure we'd find fall leaves when we got there but everything as far as we could see was green (my worst nightmare!) After driving around I managed to find ONE lone tree with a pile of red leaves on the ground underneath it so we did most of our shoot right there under that little tree!

Although the pictures turned out great, the fall colors were just lacking so a week later we headed up a different canyon and found exactly what we were hoping for:
Beautiful fall foliage surrounded us in every direction :)

Sometimes it may take two shoots but the end results where worth it!
